Rosie from Hastings is looking forward to joining the forum

Hello all property enthusiasts. My name is Rosie. I live in Hastings on the South-East coast and became involved in property almost by accident around eight years ago when I bought my first property in London - against all odds - following my intuition and supported by an imaginative financial adviser.

Since then I have discovered how much I love property, buildings, refurbishing - making something beautiful out of neglect. Seeing potential where others don't. And, of course, making a nice profit. You could say I have been an enthusiastic amateur who has done well - and now I'd like to use my experience to move up a notch in the property development field.

I have a "rustic" cottage in SW France and doing well in property this year would help me turn a "pig's ear" into a "silk purse" so that I could live there in more comfort and create a beautiful welcoming garden for friends and others.

I'm looking forward to learning lots from the forum and helping wherever I can.
