Don't be put off by this but I am an Estate Agent! Actually, to be more specific, a lettings negotiator ( have been for several years) so I have plenty of good tips and experience if anyone has a question about renting out their property! Always happy to help.

The reason I'm here (like everyone else) is that I want to be the Property Investor not the person who works for one! There are so many people out there with huge portfolios it made me think, 'How hard can it be?..These people are no different to me so I must be able to do it too!' Right?

Any help and advice is much appreciated, especially when it comes to finance. I'd also be happy to join any meetings in and around London.

Looking forward to getting my first deal and making lots of new aquaintances in the process!!!

Welcome to the site!

I'm sure your skills as a lettings negotiater will be very useful to many of us here.

If you need any advice on how briding works let me know. This method works best when buying below market value with no money down and potentially cash back. It's a good way to build up your portfolio if funds are tight.
