Hello everyone from the valleys of South Wales. My name is Andrew Smith and I am very pleased to be apart of such a professional team. Although nervous at posting my introduction I am very excited to be here. I stumbled upon Mr Vadesha mini series whilst looking for a commercial property to buy for my wifes Fitness Consultancy business. I got very interested and hooked all at the same time. I started to look at property from a different propective and not just for the business. However we are still looking for a premisis to base the business but I now want one that is well BMV and with the help of the mini series now realise that this is possible. I've not yet purchased any other properties but have looked at a large number of houses, shops, flats. I have even been to an auction to gain more experience. Now heres the thing, I have even started making ridiculous offers on properties . I'm confident that the answer will be yes in due course. I wouldn't have the confidence to do this 6 months ago (thanks Parmdeep).
I really hope that 1 day I will be in a postion to offer help and guidance to other members in this forum.
I joined the military as a boy and it's the only employment I know. This is a massive step but am determined to be successful. Thank you for taking time to read my introduction and remember:
