Hello Everybody,

Just wanted to say Hi !

After recieving numerous email shots from Deep I finally signed up to the website, couldn't argue for a quid
and the tenner after week one is VERY reasonable too, so here I am.

As it happens spoke to Deep (or whoever was answerig his emails that night - there's the sceptic in me taking over again) and took the plunge

I'm still a little wet behind the ears with this Property Game.
I've read and learned quite a few things on my journey but have not quite taken the full step to creating my portfolio:
- Not being unable to find properties with the 15%+ discount
- Not being able to find properties that stacked for rental
or was it because:
- I didn't give 100% to finding them

If I'm honest and all of us who want to but just quite haven't will admit the later probably holds true.

Just need a kick to get me started I guess and they (whoever THEY are) always say that your first is always your hardest - I can vouch for that.

I have an open mind and am now becoming a "Desperate Investor" unable to find "Desperate Sellers",
who originally was only looking for NMD deals but now am willing to invest my own money to get started.

Any Help or Advice would be Welcomed & Appreciated.

The Midlands (a large area) has many BMV property leads on this site, it's good to say on your profile which areas you want to buy in.

My tip read all you need to, take the plunge and go for it. Each step is a learning curve in itself... and even quick sales take months :?

Don't be a desperate investor, be the best investor!

Set your strategy and targets and soon you'll be going on a 'working trip' with Deep and forum friends to make and share goals in the southern Spanish sun. (this place will be quiet for a week due to them all being away :mrgreen
