Hi,

I've been looking in from the outside for quite a while so decided to take the plunge into the PNC world. Deep, your marketing finally got the better of me!

As for me, i live in york with my wife and 9 week old daughter ( hence the new found impetus!) I run a Property Renovation business helping the general public make money from selling their home by maximising its potential. We then also help them transform their potential new home by advising what can and can't be done and giving an estimate for desired works prior to purchase. Once the client is able to secure at the price they are happy with, we then complete the work turning the house into their dream home.

Over the last 12 months or so we have undergone several projects for property developers and following this I am keen to learn as much as possible about financing such projects to build a better future for my family.

Hopefully i will be able to bring my renovation knowledge and skills to the forum in exchange for this knowledge as i would prefer to give something back rather than skulk in the darkness and absorb info. So please feel free to contact me if you feel i can help!! You scratch mine etc.......
