Hi everyone,

together with my brother, Gerard, we have stumbled our way through the property game for a couple of years now. We have some buy to lets in Belfast and surrounding areas (Belfast is booming) and a few in spain (Spains a headache)

Gerard does most of the sorting out but unfortunatey, he has an illness in his family that has been requiring all his attention of late. Hopefully, things will get better soon and he'll be on here asap. It was Gerard that signed us up to this (I only found out recently and that explains the delay from when we joined to this first posting) and he seems to have touched for a gem. Loads of friendly, witty and knowledgeable people who hopefully won't mind helping a couple of greenhorns along.

Off course, we want to be of help as well, so if we can be of service to anyone, give us a shout.

Can't wait to get to know you folks better. I've applied for tickets for Deeps heathrow workshop on March 24, so hopefully they'll come through and we'll meet a lot of you there.

Now I'll try and find my way around using this 'bleeping' computer as I've already wiped out this text twice!
