hello, Im a female from Scotland, 39 years old married for 20 years and have 2 children, aged 18 and 16,
I have been inproperty for 12 years, just stumbled into it, bought a flat one day , dont ask me why, and since then have bought a few more, and have now got 8 HMOs, they are mainly bed and breakfast , hostels, and some normal flats and houses,
My properties is in the region of £2 million, I was beginning to repay them as I thought that would be best, but have decided to take out the capital to buy more , I have made over £1 million since starting, I earn in excess of £6,000 a week in rents a week, so maybe not such a newbie, | | Connect With Facebook to
