Hello PT forum

Been meaning to venture across from SP for months now, but never seem to get round to it - thanks to Stuart Ritchie (aka mrtoca) for posting on SP - it was the push I needed

A relative newbie to BMV, but been investing for 4 years now and now want to take it to the next level. Made my fair share of investment mistakes so far (new-build! ) but this is balanced with some great deals - which is what I am looking to build on.

My strategy is both BTL and BTS as I get greater pleasure from the BTS side, current acitivity based in Cheshire (CW1-12).

Looking forward to networking with local like-minded people and accelerating my portfolio growth.

I won't bore you anymore - hello once again, and I look forward to meeting you guys in the forum.

Jean Paul - the website is still quite new so the amount of leads still quite low at the moment. My marketing is very regionalised so this will dramatically reduce the leads anyway.

The marketing is just one side of things which I am spending a great time of time and effort on without just throwing a load of money at it!

So will improve and build over time.
