Just a quick note to introduce myself.

My name is Satnam Singh and I am an alcoholic (oops wrong forum - just joking).

I am a full time property investor since approximately 2002 got into it after handing in my notice as a IT Consultant (absolutely lothed it) was not for me.

Since then got into property and went down the typical amateur investor route of sourcing BMV deals through estate agents although was still able to get some decent deals well below MV before alot of people jumped onto the property bandwagan. But those days have long gone alot harder to find now!

This forced me to pursue my own leads from the beginning of last summer through leafleting and just trying to gather awareness and confidence from potential sellers in my local area so they become familiar with my brand name.

I hope to hear and meet some of you in the near future and share some experience and knowledge.
