Default Hello Everyone
Hey Forum - I'm a newbie. I met Deep at the Homebuyers Exhibition and I was impressed with his logical and methodical approach to BMV deals - so I'm gonna give it a go! I am based in Manchester, I already have 13 properties in the UK and am looking to expand. My target is to get to 100 properties within 3 years. I am always looking for BMV deals within 80 miles of Manchester. At the moment I'm concentrating on Stoke and Nottingham - no real reason - just where I found a couple of good agents. Help and tips are always appreciated. Good Luck to you all and Nice to meet you! :D
