| |  A massive hello from St Albans. Free advice offered
Hello to you all. My name is Simon Gee. I hope this message finds you all well. I am new to this forum and would welcome advice on what colour leaflet works best to encourage motivated sellers to sell BMV and also what day to deliver them on. I would also really appreciate any templates of successful wording that is currently successful. In return for this info I would be delighted to give anyone a free mortgage review and also see if they are paying too much for insurances as i am an independent mortgage broker.

Thanks for the support Paul. I have a friend who owns a restaurant in Padstow and you certainly live in a beautiful part of the country. I have just looked at your website and noticed a spelling mistake under the "how it works with agents" heading. it should say your property but says you property.

Welcome to the forum, good to see you're a proof reader too! (I'm brilliant at seeing others' typos but less good at noticing my own :?)
And Paul, well done for getting your site up...(i'm still work in progress)
Have only glanced at your first page and thought you might like to know that the colour of the Left-hand column font is very difficult to read on my screen. Maybe a brighter one for myopes like me??:D or a different background/contrast? Best of luck with it may you generate ooodles of leads for me  , and everyone here.

I am not sure of the next Watford PNC meeting, but they have one in London on the 26th March.
