Hi all,

Obvious that I'm looking for BMV properties! . I have investments in North and South London, but also in the NE of England. I'm looking to extend further with properties in London and am interested in the techniques required for targeting motivated sellers in this area. Leaflets, website, campaigns, etc. I've also been a 'lone' investor so it's good to come across like minded people! Leaflet design and copy would be of great use, if anyone can share.

Thanks guys for welcoming me to the forum. I'm looking forward to getting on with business and working with many of you. I hope I'll have enough to contribute, in terms of my experience. I've invested in 10 properties so far, all on buy to let basis. My goal is to get 'smarter', invest well and increase the portfolio to 20 in the next year. I think I've put together some great deals, but I'm sure most have got unusually good investments. I've made somemistakes, but learning from them has been a great benefit.
