Default FREE Mini Guide - "Preparing for the Call to a Vendor&q

Hi to all New Members reading this.

I'm John Rattigan and as well as being one of the original members of this forum, I run a service called thePropertyInvestorPA.com which aims to help and support investors both new and experienced. Please see our site for more info.

As someone who telephone qualifies dozens of leads a week, I am always being asked questions about the do's and don'ts of talking to vendors. Questions include:
What should you ask?
How do you explain Below Market Value
How do you ask personal questions?
Should you do all your Due Diligience before or after the call?
Should I make an offer when I call them
and many more

If you are asking some or any of these questions then my soon to be released guide is just the thing for you. I'll be explaining all the tips and tricks that have transformed me from a nervous wreck to a confident and effective investor when I make that all important first call.

To find out more and to download my FREE mini guide to preparing for your call to the vendor go to:
www.jrservices84.com

If there is anything else I can help you with in your property business then please do not hesitate to check out our site at www.thepropertyinvestorpa.com or contact me personally.

If anyone would like to join our Monthly networking event in Milton Keynes (last Tuesday of every month) then we would be delighted to meet you.

Kind Regards

John

Default Mini Guide

John

Most useful guide. I believe in being friendly and professional on calls to Clients. I have been involved over the years in calling and visiting 100's of Clients as a Consulting Civil/Structural Engineer. What you have done is lay down some principles. Tremendous stuff, right on the nail. Well done.

James

I need to take a deep breath, put a big smile on my face, & stand up when i make calls, because it gives me confidence & generally the recipient of the call is subconsciously putting an image in their mind of the type of person you are & if they feel comfortable with the tone of your voice & if they feel relaxed & not threatened by you, then you are half way their to being welcomed to their home & building a good re-pore.

It doesn't matter how experienced you are you always need to practice & polish your telephone technique, well i need to anyway.

Thanks John it's a great tool to keep you focused, rather then drifting & thinking what do i say next.

TAN :P

Hi John

This is an extremely useful tool. Many thanks for sharing it with us all.

Funny thing is I have been working this week on this very strategy but you have provided the detail. I used your lead qualification form and tweaked it slightly including your suggestion of adding the necessaary urls for easy access - obviously before I saw your post.

Dare I say great minds work alike :?: :!:

Thanks for all your positive feedback guys. Glad you have found it of help. In the full guide I am trying to put in things that I know would have helped me when I first started talking to vendors. Editing the audio clips of real calls is proving very time consuming but I truly believe it is a fantastic way to pick things up and apply them for yourself when you hear it in action.

Regards

John
