Hi All,

I just wanted to introduce myself formally as I’ve been a member now since the end of January and haven’t had much opportunity to participate due to other commitments.

I from Southern Ireland, currently living in Dublin. For various reasons I will be relocating full time to the UK next year.

I just wanted to say hello to all members as I find this forum to be excellent and is greatly helping me in my learning curve and indeed is great to see such a grouping of property professionals in one place to learn from.

In the meantime if anyone has any questions on Irish property, just send me a mail and I’ll be happy to help in any way I can.

Welcpome to the forum. I'm sure that your experience with property in Ireland will stand you in good stead here in the UK.

I know nothing of the Irish market, but I'm sure that it's not all that different to over here.

I look forward to offering any advice I can, and hopefully learning a thing or two from you too!
