My name's Ravi Juneja, I live in Hackney, bang on top of the Olympic Village, and I'm very happy to be a new member of this forum.
I'd been considering joining up for ages but it took my friend Roger Blackman to tip me over the edge into a solid commitment. It looks good so far Roger, I've been knocking around for half a day and I like what I see, so thank you.
There's a few more folk here I know already, which is great, and there's loads more whom I'm very much looking forward to establishing new friendships with - so a big warm hello to one and all!

As well as looking to increase my Residential Portfolio I'm actively looking for plots of land at the moment, with PP for now, so if anyone knows of any at a good price(!) then please get in touch as I'm interested. Location-wise I'm flexible, currently working on a very large development in Wales, which is not on my doorstep but still workable.
I'm also open to
BTS JVs with people who are time-poor but cash rich, as I have the facility to do any due diligence and oversee projects from the outset through to completion. These would need to be nearer to home, so that's London and the Home Counties.
