My name is Diane Lennon.

I was a nurse for over 20years and wanted to leave for a long time.

Recently the opportunity rose for me to get involved in the sales and marketing of property for a company in Sheffield. So I leap at the chance. I feel in a vunerable position now because I accepted commission basis of pay which appeared more lucrative but the company slowed down the pace of buying before December and therefore without sales I have very little revenue.

I know I need to establish myself so that I am financially free. I know the way forward for me is through property.

I have some property already that I rent out but I feel like a novice.

I have no capital to invest so therefore no money down deals are ideal.

I am interested in buying property at below the market value using 1
100% finance from someone else.

I was at the homebuyers show in London and I had the priviledge to meet Parmdeep.

Where do I start.

I wanted information on the mentorship programme

Do i just buy 10 leads and jump in the deep end and try to negotiate deals with the vendors.

Everyone says you need plan, strategy etc.

Diane

Hi Diane

Getting started is the hardest part and that's why 97% of people give up. Just keep going. I have just joined Parmdeeps PMM program, if you would like to drop me an email, I am more than happy to run through the pros' and cons.
