Hi everyone, my name is Ray Ogles and I'm here on trial ( Deep's 2 week trial offered at the Investor show ) I was on Ranjans crew at the show and was handing out leaflets in the seminar theatre for most of the Friday morning so I think I recognise a few of the faces on this forum.
I have only "dabbled" in the property scene in the past. Now having an intense desire to spend a lot of time in Spain-but not enough money to do it, my partner and I have decided to get serious. We got lured to an Inside Track sellinar last year ( it was free + coffee/biscuits )--it showed possibilities,( but no, we didn't sign up ) so we then visited the Investor show at Excel last year- and when Ranjan had a few shop soiled copies of his property course going cheap we picked one up.
Today I just delivered the first batch of leaflets to my distributor who has promised me that she will not dump them in the ditch. I've given her a check list and a bonus promise so hope all will go well. Just looked out the window and see a hail storm going on-so fingers crossed on that one ! We have an old village house in Valencia region of Spain and have made a couple of good contacts with English speaking Spanish agents and our great Solicitors and a Spanish builder ( doesn't speak english but we worked through a translator ) We also discovered that with builders " manana" does NOT mean tomorrow--but some indistinct time in the future after the next fiesta. If anybody would like contact details of the agent or solicitor-who both have very good reputations I can pass them on. Remember they are Valencia region only.All the best, Ray Ogles

Thank you John, the mini guide was a good read and is now filed safely away in our resources folder-ready to be consulted when the phone starts ringing. Funny you should mention Spain--you must be able to see into the future--we have to go over early next month to twist the builder's arm and give him some cash !

Hi Tony & Carol. Take a look out of your window and you can see me waving to you from Somersham ! We are arranging a trip out to spain for early April--not yet finalized--so if we are free would like to come to the meet on the 10th. Where is it to be held + what time. If it is daytime then only I could make it, if evening time then both of us ( partners name is also Carole ) should be able to get there.
