Default Hooked!
Morning everyone.
This is the first forum I have ever been on....and I'm hooked....been on here for a few hours!!
Myself and my partner Richard Lovelock have been buying property for about 3 years. A couple of BTS and the rest BTL. This is now my full time job, so I'm looking for new ideas and I think I've found the place.
My main aim is to sort the finance side of things. I will be looking for finance not just for a purchase and quick remortgage of a BMV but for 2-3mths to do a refurb and then remort. Any ideas will be greatfully received, but there is certainly plenty of info here from you all.
I will look forward to chating with you and maybe coming to some of the meetings.
