Greetings Forum members,
Just signing in for the first time.
I have been out of the property market for some years and, perhaps belatedly, am getting back in.
I am based in Angus/Aberdeenshire and my wife and I are just in the process of buying our first buy to let. This is a new build.
I have been involved in physically renovating several properties in the past, but have never engaged in buy to let. We always lived in them and sold them on. Now I am too fat an old to do the physical things for prolonged periods. Possibly it is time to use the brains and let someone else do the hard work.
I see that the forum is quite active and hopefully I can learn a lot form you all.
