Hi There
I am desparate to get into the property developing world and ultimately have a
BTL protfolio. I have read lots of books and as much info as I can find on the net about no money deals, however most info is from the USA where deals seem easier to process, I guess I am need of a bit of hand holding.
I currently work as a freelance trainer to the dental world, but my work is becoming few and far between and I am looking for a new challenge.
I own my current property with my husband and we have two georgous boys and I want to be able to enjoy their time growing up without having to constanly shove them in after school clubs if I go back to paid employment.
My husband and I bought our current home in a very poor condition, it was slightly below market value, however with our enthusiasm and hard work, and a great team of workers we renovated it within two months and now have a great home.
I would be interested to talk to anyone who could help me realise my dream of flipping a couple of properties to begin with and start creating a portfolio, I get the theory but am just lacking in the practical! It is one thing buying your own home, another buying with someone elses money.
From what I have seen of the forum I am in the right place to look for help so I'm ready, willing and able to learn as much as I can if someone can just help me jump in! I know I will be a great swimmer!
