Hi Everyone,

I'm new to the forum and very glad to have come been introduced to it.

My Name is Frazer Evett, I'm an Aussie who's been in the UK for 6 years now. Both my parents are/were English so don't be shy, I too love me toad in the hole, spotted dick and custard etc.

I hold an Engineering Degree and work as a Freelance Project Manager in the residential property industry. I love the construction industry and think I'll always have a finger in it somewhere.

My lovley wife Tania is also an Aussie and is a Registered Architect working out of Chesham.

We live in Aylesbury and have another property in Tallinn, Estonia. We're very keen to get into Property Investment and Property Developing but have come to the conclusion that undervalued properties need to be sourced and purchased to make a good go of things (well initially until we build up capital).

Be pleased to talk with anyone and build networks etc, already happy with Info discussed between members to date. have many questions but also a good splash of enthusiam, hard work ethic and drive to keep we going until I'm where I want to be.

That's enough waffle for now (I do tend to waffle sometimes). I'll get a photo up soon so you're not scared when you meet us.
