Would like to start by introducing myself, My name is Andy May, 28 years old currently living in St Austell, Cornwall. Having spent most of my life living away from the UK, I have returned home in the last two years and my sole focus has been property. I have mainly been involved in new build property, however due to the low yield I am now switching my efforts to older, cheaper properties that will give me pcpcm (positive cashflow per calendar month). I currently own 6 BTL properties 3 in the UK (Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds) and 3 overseas (Spain, Dubai and Barbados). I have a little experience in the new build but am a novice at acquiring high yield BTL property. My aim is to replace my current income with that of property giving me a passive income, coupled with capital growth, thus enabling me to increase my portfolio on a regular basis. The only other way I am thinking of being able to raise the money for the high yield property is to either purchase BMV's or possibly go into business and raise money that way. Well thats enough about me I look forward to chatting with you all on this forum. May we have a prosperous 2007!!
