Can someone please explain once you have a lead, contacted them, negotiated the purchase price and move to completion: How You:


Re-sell the lead to make an instant profit?

If you have a buyer, do they pay you the difference direct?

Who pays the initial f-fees when the lead was taken?

You introduce someone else to the seller. He/she then negotiates the deal or takes it forward if already negotiated. Buys the property. Pays you a ff upon completion.
