Greetings from Luton

Hi all,
My name is Maggie aka Property Goddess. I am based in Luton and have 2 BTL properties. Our (incl. my husband) goal is increase our portfolio and then move to Cape Town, South Africa and retire in the SUN :D

I currently work as a Management Consultant but hope to give up once I start getting enough cashflow from my portfolio. I am loving this forum.

I know I have come to the right place because I feel at home here. Let the learning begin.

I'm originally from Cape Town (great place) and have been in the UK for about 6yrs, so if you need any more info on Cape Town let me know

To Wayne and Robert: We visited SA last year and loved it so much that we decided we would want to retire there someday soon. Beautiful country. Also went to Joburg but loved Cape Town the most.

I will be at the 'meet up' in MK next week, look forward to meeting you.
