Default New Kid on the Block
Hi everyone. I've just joined the chat forum. Im located in Medway Kent and have have a small portfolio of properties, (five to be precise), all based in the Medway area, which I rent out.
I have been a landlord now for nearly five years and have had my portfolio managed for me by a local estate agent during this time. I do any painting and decorating needed myself and let Electricians and Plumbers do the complicated parts of any general property maintenance.
It is my ambition to extend my portfolio with other properties ideally, but not exclusively, within the medway area as rapidly as I can.
