Hello Everyone,
My name is Ayo, I currently work as a Retail Analyst with House of Fraser; though I will be working in a couple of weeks with a Private Equity Financial Servics company. I only turned 24 two weeks ago and have decided that all the things i have been planning to do, i have to start making step into doing. I like to think I'm an entrepreneur, atleast in the making, i have done little businesses especially while I was at university in Leicester. I have held events which i received gate fees for and also a small shoes and clothes business between the U.S and Africa. I have always been interested in Real Estate and thought this was extremely difficult until I attended the Homebuyer show and was at a Seminar hosted by Deep. I left that day believing that I could really get started with buying Property. It's taken me a couple of weeks since then to actually get on this forum but I'm glad I've made the move. I have the Q&As from some of the experts here on my mp3 player and listen to them on my journeys just to give myself that little more encouragement that I really can do this. I would love to hear from those of you that can give me guidance on how to go about starting. Especially, would be very grateful if those of you that may have been in my position where you havent had any money to use as deposit. I wld love to get as much knowledge on this as I can so any advice would help. I havent read all the introductions made by others but i'm guessing this may be the longest introduction ever. Hopeful will get some replies from some of you soon and maybe talk. Best wishes
