Hi everyone, my names Kul, and Ive literally, after a bit of hassle (!), just joined the forum, so hello to you all.

Im in the learning process right now, and have been thinking about property for some time.

Right now, Im after 2 things, knowledge and investors! Im at about the stage when I want to get a deal ready, but have nothing set in stone after that, which is what Im after, so I know I can move fast once things have been agreed with a potential vendor.

Having grown up just a stones throw from Aston Martin, Ive decided that Ive goto do something different to make the change between looking at the cars, and owning one!

im thinking of concentrating on the Coventry area to start with, do you know of anyone who can enlighten me as to the areas potential?

Have a look at the members list and see who is on Coventry (or other areas of interest) and then take your pick in contacting someone - we're a friendly bunch. The pictures always help too!
