Hello fellow investors
I am Simon Mccardle – I have been property investing for just over 3 years but full time since July 2006. –Oh if only I knew 3 years ago what I did now!!
Anyway there are still some good deals out there but they are becoming more difficult to complete due to higher prices, interest rates and more keen investors in the know.
My main area of investing is in the DH & NE postcode areas and 1-3 bed terr under £100k.
I am always looking for like minded investors to meet up with in the NE area as there does not seem that many who are keen to share their experiences.
If any new ones need help or advise – JUST ASK.

Hello Simon,
I'm new to the site and would just like to say hello & welcome! Although I live down in the New Forest, Dorset I actually have property in the North East.
As a "Geordie" I thought it would be good to buy in an area that I know, and also that I could afford at the time. So, I bought in Ryton, Blaydon & Swalwell and they have done very nicely for me.
I'll give you a call next time I'm up there, and I know you have sun & decent coffee - and stotty cakes!!! | |
