| |  Getting to know my way around
Hi, my name's Jan and I live in Tunbridge Wells. I met Deep at the Homebuyers show and found his talk very informative. There are clearly some clever techniques around in this business. I look forward to learning all I can as I find time for more research.
Could I suggest a thread on the subject of Due Diligence? I would find this very useful. I live in a street of mixed property and I don't really see how you could easily estiamte the 'true' value of a property along here using some of the sites I've seen suggested. Would be interested to hear advice on that one.
