Hello to everybody, we feel very happy to be joining such a friendly and vibrant community!

Julie - I've been interested in property for years, done a couple of renovations which I thoroughly enjoyed. Maybe 3 years ago, I got Deep's Success Through Property and thought "Wow! I can do this!", and then promptly didn't do anything! In hindsight I know that was all due to fear. However, over the past 18 months I've done a lot of personal development stuff, including a fair bit of NLP training, and then I read Rich Dad Poor Dad.. Now I'm well up for it! I haven't put much of what I've learnt into practice yet, but starting now and sooo excited by it all. :D

Anne-Marie - For so long I've been in a comfortable rut, planning to do my time in the "safe" job and retire with my pension. I too had an interest in property but was initially sceptical of the property stuff Julie was talking about the whole time, and then she made me read Rich Dad Poor Dad. Well, the sooner we get going the sooner I'll be quitting the J.O.B. and spending more time on the important things in life. Looking forward to gettng to know some of you.

Welcome ladies, it's always great to see the Yorkshire contigent in PMM growing. I look forward to meeting up with you in the future.
