Hi Everyone. Just here to introduce myself. My name is Martin Riley and I am a Property Developer from the South West. I currently have only two properties that I have developed and one is sold and another SSTC. I am looking forward to working with you all and aim to help others as much as I can with my limited experience.
I could have done with this site two years ago as my first development made me hardly any money. Just goes to show that even though build costs came in under budget, if you overpay for the deal you are still not going to make any money. It was a good lesson learn't though.
