Mike along with a buisness partner Dean. Fairly experianced but in this game you never know it all and there is more to learn. We have built up a large portfolio in the manchester area over the last seven years or so. A natural progression from carrying out building works for other property owners. We have a building comPany and also a management company which are able to carry out the works and letting of our portfolio as well as for many other investors.We have worked hard as that is the only way to get there and work close with the council as regards lettings of the properties. Hoping to learn more and give help if i am able, also hoping to pick up deals within the Manchester area. Cash available for purchases and finders fees paid. Would like to promise a fast turn around on properties and although our solicitors are fast it can be frustrating when other people don't work at the same pace. GOOD HUNTING
