Hello everyone,

To introduce myself, I am a 28 year-old management consultant working at one of the big consultancy firms. My interests are playing sport, property obviously(!), and creative writing.

I have recently entered into property investing with my brother, and we have bought one property in Wembley, and are looking to developing a second property on the same site. If this goes ahead with the planning permission, we will generate a large amount of money to invest with.

My property ambition is to be financially free within 2 years, a stretch I know, but always aim high! My current aims are to mainly invest in property below market value and set up buy-to-lets on those. I also want to have a strand of my portfolio invested in pure capital growth properties. I also have a partner in Croatia who I am planning to develop property with there.

My skills are in strategic and financial analysis (I am a Chartered Accountant and Financial Analyst), and business process improvement.

I'm hoping to meet like-minded people and start building my property knowledge and empire
