| | welcome helo , i am still a newbie here, just wanted to say hi, I am not sure about rental yields as I live in scotland and they are still high, most of this forum is dedicated to finding BMV which everyone is doing, I havent yet, still to get started on the leaflets etc, hope everyone else gives a better reply, but welcome again anyway |  |

welcome aboard. BMV has mushroomed in the UK.
generally speaking it is hardeer tomake deals stack but it is possible. Obviously south is more difficult than north. Even better in Scotland I reckon.
1) this forum is about finding motivated sellers, throught traditional advsrtisinf and the internet--- just read as much as you can and put into action.
2) buying, BTL, BTS it's all a matter of preference. difficult to answer that question. depends on your strategy, income vs capital growth, etc
