Been doing residential property full time for a few years now specialising in and around Co Durham. Looking for any BMV deals within a Darlington postcode (DL suffix) - happy to pay upfront or percentage on completion - what is normal ? Or willing to discuss any other options too...

Basically looking for someone generating Nationwide leads via internet who wants to sell on leads in my area - have joined the 4 fast sale part of the website for this and would be very interested in similar organisations anyone can recommend...

I am actually based in Leeds and would be interesting to meet up for a beer with any other property bores too!

I suggest you take time to look at as much as you can in each section, keep your posts relevant, but don't be afraid to ask anything, as there's usually someone with a positive idea or suggestion. The search facility at the top of the page will take you to posts with information about your search word (or Words). You can edit or delete your own posts after submitting them too.
