Hi All!
I'm a new member of this forum and find the whole thing incredibly exciting! :D
I have 4 properties; 3 here and 1 in Goa. i consider my self as an amateur whose on a incredibly steep learning curve after the last Xcel exhibition!!
I am also an independant optometrist so although I cant offer any advice on property repairs and mortgage deals, I can offer free advice to members on eyes!!!!  :D

Hi Guys, nice to meet you all!
maybe I'll put up a photo one day, but then again I would not like to be responsible for breaking your PC's!
Brian; regarding the property I own already- I fell upon them, kinda right man right place! 8)
My eyes were opened by the excel exhibition and I realised that I am/was an amateur! 
i've now looked at every free course and some I have to pay for and I guess that if a (obviously smart) guy who drove a fork lift for a living can do it, then so can I/we! (though I am slightly concerned that I'm on the band waggon a little late! :( ) So its now on with the show and see what happens!! :D :D :D
