Just started out iinvesting again due to work commitments, have built up a small portfolio the old way over a few years and feel this is the place i need to be to move forward quicker and meet like minded people.

Thanks for welcoming me to the site,Would welcome a chat Chris and see can help each other with, I am actually based about a mile from junction 25 of the M1 so realy on Notts /Derby border but i have given notts a miss as it is total over kill their i will forward you my details but you will have to forgive me asi am not to hot with the pc yet.
With regard to Eagle centre i am not to sure i thought they were just making it bigger not flattening it,But i think their i more scope to go at in Derby than Nottingham athe present time.
I know their are out line plans for about 1000 houses on the site of what used to be STanton iron Works(British Steel) But that is some time away
