| | Hi Everyone, New here from Essex Hi Everyone, its a pleasure to be here and I hope I can help people as well as find help from people.
I am new to the property business, although I have made and lost plenty of money in business over the years. I am raring to go but with a cautious air of optimism.
I freely admit to being a Neophyte, and look forward to pearls of wisdom from the established members and of course Deep.
I live in Gidea Park, in Essex and I intend to buy 4 properties in 2007 (tell me if thats too few) and make a minimum of £60,000. My initial intention is to flip them and generate the cash, however if good prospective positive cashflow deals come my way I will rent them where it makes sense.
My foxus is on accelerating that in 2008 and clearing £150,000 by May 2008 in total profits... am I smoking drugs? I dont think so, I really believe thats possible, but its going to take some focus.
So eager to get to know people, hear about your experiences, and pick up some tips. If you want to learn a little more about me, you can look me up on linked in, heres a link to my profile, I hope you find it useful. - http://www.linkedin.com/in/chrisbannocks

| | Hi Chris
Oz should be a megga trip.
You will probably be told that 4 this year is to few,I would go for 10 unless your doing renovations yourself.
However you need goals. Let me know how you get on.

| | Hi Everyone,
Thanks for your warm welcome and I look forward to meeting many of you at the events.
A lot of people seem to be encouraging goals, thats great to see and I now know I am amongst like minded people, thats somewhat comforting. I have been setting goals since the age of 19, since reading a book called the midas method by Stuart Goldsmith - if you can find it, I recommend it. For a guy who left school at 17 goals have kept my career on track ever since. So don't get me started :-) I might get incredibly boring on you all haha...
Ok, great to see you all as active forum contributors too, any of you good people care to suggest the best place to get involved? I still haven't received my PMM pack, and I am impatient at best, I am trying to hold off until I get it and can consume it, but I want to get involved... what do you all suggest?

| | Hi Chris,I am from Basildon and as excited as you as well. I have the same methodology as you in going about this business. Perhaps we could support each other. To begin you need to look for a good ready made deals of good leads and then take it from there. I am new and haven't done any deals yet. I am still treading softly to find my way around. I am mostly interested on trying the no-money down deal to begin with because I haven't the cash to start. But I am determined to do 10 deals this year and be able to tell my success story as well. What do you say Chris? | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
