Hi guys and gals :D

Just a very quick note to say that I am very delighted to join all of you in this forum and look forward to contribute to it as much as I can and also share ideas and deals on property investments.

My property investment is at an initial stage at present. I am learning as much as I can into the subject and hopefully my first deal will happen soon enough. Lately, I have been busy increasing my network and setting up my team. Now my aim is to devise a system that will work for me over a long period of time and a system that will be reliable in all conditions!!!!

My other objectives are to find properties that are below market value (of course, you might say?????) and to grow my portfolio as much as I can. Therefore, all your help and assistance is greatly appreciated and will be gracefully received. Please feel free to respond to my messages or to forward me a private message. :D

Finding deals 40%
Networking 40%
Closing the deal 20%
