Well, can't believe it but at 43 I have finally gone onto a chat forum for the first time! Scary stuff! :?
Helen and I have a passion for houses - we must have gypsy blood in us as we have moved so many times over the years. 10 years ago we bought a flat in Surbiton when we moved to Germany, which we rented out for a couple of years, but that was before
BTL was generally available and we sold it (aaagh!) :( . Still, better late than never we have set out to become "property developers" and have bought two flats with a third in legals at the moment.
I have spent hours looking at various sites and approaches over the last few months and decided this one was the one that appealed to me, so here goes!
We are looking for our next project to take us to around the Stratford area, so if anyone knows of something that could do with work or where we can add value I'm all ears! The plan is to move lock stock and barrel down there as it makes it easier for my "day job",
which hopefully sooner rather than later will be my former day job!
At some point I will find a photo of the two of us which is not too scary and try to work out how to get it on line. And hopefully get to some of the meetings or chat and learn from others in the Forum.
