| | I'm new! Hi! :D
I'm very excited to be here and delighted at the prospect of learning and contributing as much as I can.
I've recently left my job and London and relocated to the north west to be closer to family and throw myself into property head (feet?) first.I was fortunate enough to invest in a couple of terraces in Belfast 2 years ago when I couldn't afford to buy in London and I'd now like to start investing/developing full time.
Am quite amazed at how friendly and encouraging this communtity seems to be in what I thought would be a cut-throat business.I very much look forward to meeting and talking with you all and sharing experiences and skills.
Hmmm,I think my picture looks moody, perils of self portrait. I really am very friendly and sure I don't look like that :D | | Connect With Facebook to

| | I'm very touched by such a warm welcome,thanks everyone.
I'm based in Liverpool and am on the lookout for leads around northwest. Is the best way to do this just throw yourself in head first? Am thinking of buying a couple of leads, should I investigate finance, bridging, solicitors first? Or should I qualify the leads first and suss all of this out afterwards? :D It looks like I should be able to find all the necessary services on the forum,.......? | |

| | Leads Rachel, I would look at the leads and then contact your broker to see if it all stacks up before commiting to buy the leads and wasting money.
If you give me the figures I can have a look to see if it all works out for you. :D
