Hi Everyone - Just wanted to say hello.
My name is Tim, I'm fairly new to property investment, but hoping to complete on my first BTL property next week, so I am nearly a landlord 
Needless to say I am a little nervous, but I'm eager to learn from all you guys, Deep has helped me via email and given me lots of good advice, it's now time to put that advice into practice.
My first property is in Burton upon Trent, but would be interested in anything in Staffs/Derbys.
I look forward to finding answers, discussing issues and picking brains.

Hi Tim,
I live in Norfolk but have a rental in Staffs, bought last year for my son who starts at Staffs University in Sept! Lovely part of the country!
