Newbie to the forum - what a great place!!
So much to read and absorb - thanks to all who posted! :D

I attended the Homebuyers Show in March, and discovered exactly how I should be investing.

I've been purchasing property in the Dundee area for 4 years. Currenly have 14 properties, some purchased when you could still buy a reasonable 3 bed flat here for £20K! The market is still strong here but I wish to expand quickly without the helpful hand of double-digit property price uplift.

Hi Simon, welcome to the forum, everryone is really friendly and helpful here even though some of them just take the mick out of each other (Heidi, Bobby are the guilty posters).

Well done on establishing a nice portfolio something for your Little Chap in your picture to look forward to when he is bigger.

I am completly new to the property scene and looking at making my first purchase sooner rather than later. (RAYMOND calm down will let you know when)

I look forward to sharing experiences and ideas with you, however if you feel there is anything I can help you with then please don'rt hesitate to give me a shout. :D
