Default Newbie from North Beds
Hi everyone - I say "newbie" I've just been a bit slack saying "hi" - I registered here a week ago.

I'm based 20 mins West of Huntingdon and looking for BMV within an hour from here - but will go further - so if anyone has any deals to pass on please do - I've not done a true BMV deal from a motivated seller YET but
I've been buying and selling property for 10 years and now have a small portfolio of 5. So am DESPERATE to get started.

Some of those 5 were bought BMV, renovated and refinanced- a couple were bought new.
