Which part of Wales are you from, there's not many Cozens in Wales and the one's i have heard of are loaded as in Cozens travel, you are not telling porky's are you, i am based in Cardiff pm me and perhaps we can help each other out.

Rhys TAN in welsh means fire, you got me going now i propose to the welsh committee of investors we have a meeting after the last game of the 6 nations at ponty's non-political club at 8.30.
Refreshments are available at the bar and on this occasion Jo ladies are allowed.
Alternatively let's all meet in Cardiff on the first Wednesday of each month, all of you please let me know so i can organise a venue.

A good step in to property when you have little resources is to become a finder. Source properties for investors and charge a finders fee.
