Hello Everyone,

I'm Ian from Oxfordshire - Having been made redundant last year decided to go into property full time.

Have a small property portfolio of 5 properties mainly in the Coventry area. Looking for BMV opportunities and JV's within a couple of hours drive from Oxford.

Met Deep at a couple of networking events and more recently at The Moneycentre workshop in Cheltenham -what a charming chap!

This forum's Great idea Deep - hope to meet lot's of like minded people and make new friends.

Hi Ian,

Welcome to the forum. Those Money Centre workshops are great. I went to one in Sheffield last year, and it changed my entire outlook on property investment. We had 15 slow years, and one very fast year since last June that hasn't stopped yet.
