Default New Member from Wrexham
Just a quick note to introduce myself. Originally from Liverpool I now live in the up and coming town of Wrexham North Wales. I have been involved in property for more years than I care to remember! I've built a couple of house while working full time in my JOB. I've also refurbished to rent and to sell and currently have 7 rental properties. I have 3 boys who will soon be looking for their own properties and I know I'll need to help them. My plan is to find as many BMV properties as I can finance within a reasonable distance of my current home town of Wrexham. I am also considering investing house shares for increased yield.
