Hello to you all,
My name is Andy. I have just joined this forum.
I have been investing in property for 7 years. Both in Marbella and more recently (2 years) back in the UK.
I attended Ranjan's 1 day workshop in Manchester over 18 month's ago, which started me on my BMV journey.
I am an active BMV investor in the North West, both BMV rent backs & BTS.
I chair & organise the North West Property Investors group in Chester, and post on SP as Street.
Good to meet you all here, and look forward to doing deals & JV's

We meet at the Holiday Inn ( http://www.ichotelsgroup.com/h/d/hi/...irection/CHEWR) on the last Thursday of the month. Unfortunately the April meeting has been cancelled, but we are on for the May meet (31st).

Hi Andy
Welcome to the forum. I am also fairly new to the forum and very new to property investing. However i am very keen to eventually move out to Costa del Sol, Spain and wish to a similar thing out there as i am hoping to do here. ie make lots of friends, good contacts and money.
I may need to pick your brains at a future date.

Hi Everyone
My names Shabz, ive just recently joined the forum and was generally looking for any other newbies that could maybe show me the ropes. Im still awaiting the Success Through Property book by Parmdeep, and so may not be so aquainted with some terminology that you guys use.
Anyway a little bit about me:
Im based in merseyside and am looking to invest in property nationwide, i already have a few properties of my own. Im becoming a ICT teacher, but my hert and soul is into property, i enjoy travelling, and i love fast cars!
Anyway once again id just like to say hello to everyone and hope to speak to you lot soon
