Hi Everyone

My names Shabz, ive just recently joined the forum and was generally looking for any other newbies that could maybe show me the ropes. Im still awaiting the Success Through Property book by Parmdeep, and so may not be so aquainted with some terminology that you guys use.

Anyway a little bit about me:
Im based in merseyside and am looking to invest in property nationwide, i already have a few properties of my own. Ive bought thes on BTL with 15% deposits, im looing to expand my portfolio this year, but i dont want to put down big deposits, anyone got any ideas, if so please let me know.

Im becoming a ICT teacher, but my hert and soul is into property, i enjoy travelling, and i love fast cars!

Anyway once again id just like to say hello to everyone and hope to speak to you lot soon
