Hi everyone,

My name is Zyad (pronounced as ZAYD), i know its a bit confusing but you will get the hang of it eventuallly . I have been interested in propertY investments from a very young age but as you all know its not something that anyone can actually get in to just like that. So at my current age 24 I have deceided that this would be the right time to get into this business, so good luck to me and to everyone in this forum.

Hi Everyone,

Thank you very much for welcoming me in this forum, and I really hope that this would be a good experience for everyone who have joined. As I have mentioned before, I am a new born property tycoon and I am hoping to gain as much experience as possible so I can start kicking some A*** and make some serious money. I would like to start off with asking all the lead sellers out there, about the possibility of supplying me with leads within the Surrey and South London areas as these are the areas that I know quite well.
